does "shown" mean? Most floral items on our web site
have 3 prices, a low price, a "shown" price, and a high
price. The "shown" price is the price of the item as pictured
on the web site. If you select the higher or lower price, you will
receive a very similarly styled arrangement, but the number or types
of flowers will vary to reflect the different price selected.

What
is the service fee? Most items on our web site have either a
service fee, delivery fee, or shipping and handling fee. This charge
covers the processing and/or delivery of your order. The total for
your order consists of the product you select, the service/delivery/shipping
fee, any extra items you choose, and sales tax if you are a Louisana
resident (i.e. your credit card statement is mailed to an address
in the state of Louisiana).

What
does Next Day/2nd Day shipping mean? Items that are shipped via a courier service such as Fed Ex
or UPS will arrive on the date you select on the order form. The soonest possible date is calculated
for you on the order form and is determined by what shipping option is available, and whether your order
is submitted early enough to be processed the same day. Items shipped Next Day air will arrive the 1 business
day after your order is processed. Items shipped 2nd day air will arrive 2 business days after your order is
processed, and items shipped 3rd day air will arrive 3 business days after your order is processed. We have chosen
the most economical shipping options possible, however, due to the perishable nature of our products, some items can
only be shipped Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air to maintain our high quality standards, regardless of how far in advance
the item is ordered.

How
are cakes delivered? Our Custom cakes are made fresh and delivered by a local bakery. Delivery can be
made next day Monday - Saturday.
