Product Options:

The top portion of the order form allows you to select the price of your selection, select color for certain products, choose complimentary items for certain items like balloons are stuffed animals with an arrangement, choose a second choice for certain items whose availability cannot be guaranteed.

The special code box is for promotional codes that are given to our valued registered customers, or members of third party's that we have a promotional arrangement with. Unless otherwise noted, discounts cannot be combined and only one may be used per order

Delivery Information:

This is where you type the name and address information of the person you are sending your selection to. We cannot make deliveries to P.O. boxes. Zip codes and phone numbers are not necessary, but can be helpful to ensure prompt delivery of your order.

If you are a registered customer, you can click on the "Delivery Address Book" button to the left of the recipient information to choose a person from your address book.

Personalization:

Choose an appropriate delivery date and add any necessary delivery instructions. Please be aware that if requests such as, leaving the arrangement at someone's door if they aren't home, may not be due to weather conditions or other circumstances. Also, if you request a specific delivery time, we will try to have the item delivered as requested, but we cannot guarantee delivery at specific time.

To personalize the gift you are sending choose a greeting from the "Greeting" pop up menu. You can also write your own message in the boxes underneath "Personal Message Card" Your name is not automatically added to the personal card, so don't forget to sign the personal message in the box underneath "Signature on Card"

Billing Information:

Please fill out the name and address information as it appears on your monthly credit card statement, this is necessary to process your credit card.

To choose a billing address from your account information, just click the "Billing Address Book" button.

Payment Information:

Select the credit card you wish to use from the pop up menu next to "Credit Card" Enter your credit card number into the box next to "Credit Card Number" American Express numbers are 15 digits long and start with a 3, Discover numbers are 16 digits long and start with a 6, Master Card numbers are 16 digits long and start with a 5, and Visa numbers are either 13 or 16 digits long and start with a 4. Choose your credit card's expiration date from the "Month" and "Year" pop up menus next to "Expiration Date."

Submitting Your Order:

Clicking on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the order form will take you to a new web page that allows you to verify and change your order information. If errors were found in your order, you will be asked to correct them and click the "Reverify" button at the top or bottom of the verification page. If there were no problems with your order information, you need to click the "Submit Order" button at the top or bottom of the verification page. Your order will not be sent to us until you hit the "Submit Order" button. If you included a valid email address with your order, you should receive an email receipt shortly after submitting your order.
