Order Cutoff Time
  • For same day delivery of all orders delivered in the US and Canada by a local Teleflora or FTD florist, you must submit the order before 12 noon Monday through Friday in the time zone it is delivered in. Orders submitted after 12 noon would be delivered the next business day. Order cutoff time may vary during holidays such as Valentine's Day.
  • Orders received on Saturday after 11:00 AM will be delivered on the following Monday(or the next business day). Sunday delivery is not available.
  • All items delivered outside the US and Canada must be submitted by 2 pm central time to be processed the same day. Delivery will be made 1 - 2 business days after your order has been processed (typically 1 business day for European delivery and 2 business days for delivery to countries in Asia and the Pacific Rim).
  • All items shipped via parcel service, such as UPS or Fed Ex, must be submitted before 1:00 PM CT to be processed that same day, unless otherwise noted. Orders received on Thursday after 1:00 PM CT will be processed on the following Monday (or next business day).
