Order Cutoff Time

• For same day delivery of all orders delivered in the US and Canada by a local Teleflora or FTD florist, you must submit the order before 1 PM Monday through Friday in the time zone it is delivered in. Orders submitted after 1 PM would be delivered the next business day. Order cutoff time may vary during holidays such as Valentine's Day.
• Orders received on Saturday after 11:00 AM will be delivered on the following Monday(or the next business day). Sunday delivery is not available.
• All items delivered outside the US and Canada must be submitted by 2 pm central time to be processed the same day. Delivery will be made 1 - 2 business days after your order has been processed (typically 1 business day for European delivery and 2 business days for delivery to countries in Asia and the Pacific Rim).
• All items shipped via parcel service, such as UPS or Fed Ex, must be submitted before 1:00 PM CT to be processed that same day, unless otherwise noted. Orders received on Thursday after 1:00 PM CT will be processed on the following Monday (or next business day).
